Benefits of our services listed below We have a comprehensive public liability cover. Although our office is closed on Public and Bank holidays our cleaning operatives continue to carry out jobs as usual. Just let us know when is the most convenient time for you. We do work on Public and Bank Holidays. We clean before and after working hours .We can come and clean at any time. In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur. If you are still dissatisfied with the service provided by your cleaner we will replace her with another regular cleaner immediately. We provide replacement if your cleaner goes holiday or gets ill Event of dissatisfaction with the cleaning services we will re-do the job free of charge. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds. Jobs booked to be carried out on Public and Bank holidays will not cost extra with some exceptions during the Christmas and New Year festive days.
