We take no responsibility on items delivered without being signed for. In the event that delivery is not possible a full refund will be issued. A Minimum order value of 75.00 applies when purchasing from our web site. For your protection, a signiture is always required at delivery. However for your convenience you can order 24 hours a day. Certain products which we order directly from the manufacturers may take slightly longer at 3 - 5 working days. Items ordered after 1pm may take an extra day.Items ordered after 5pm will be processed 8am the next morning. All items ordered before 1pm will be delivered (subject to availability) within 24 - 48 hours. However In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
